WHO I AM
Andrew Elford, Red Seal certified chef based out of Calgary, Alberta. With 15+ years in the restaurant industry, and education includeing studies at the Marine Institute covering: nutrition, food safety and sanitation, food science, and business management. I have developed a set of skills to quickly identify ways that increase efficiency and profitability, that can easily be overlooked in day-to-day operations

WHAT I OFFER
With rising food costs, making a profit in your restaurant has become difficult. Fortunately, that doesn't have to mean raising your menu prices or sacrificing quality. There are other ways to cut costs in the kitchen, and this is where a certified and trained professional can cut through the countless factors that contribute to overall food cost and create a plan that is custom-suited to your restaurant's needs. Hiring a consultant chef is a good solution either when it is not practical to have a full-time certified chef on staff or if your current chef just has their hands full.
